This is the start of a new thing that I’m trying. I plan to post a Scripture verse/passage or other quote that will help encourage, uplift, and motivate you. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
As with all Proverbs there is a lot of wisdom in each of the words. This one is showing the importance of getting counsel and instruction from others, may point to getting mentors, but definitely continually learning. Probably as important, this knowledge that you gain isn’t something that makes you an expert overnight but in your later years.
So true. Many times, we gain head knowledge, but it can take a while for the true lessons to sink in.
