Depending on your needs, Podcast Guy Media, LLC, can take care of all of the post-production for your podcast episodes. All you have to do is record and send it to us. We will make sure that the episode is edited to level out the audio levels (adhering to the latest loudness standards), make the conversation flow without the stammering and fillers, create a blog post style show notes to accompany the audio, and deliver it back to you or your media host. You can also opt to get a 30-minute strategy session each month to discuss ways to continually improve your podcast.
While all these are basically a-la-carte, we can combine them to create a custom package that fits your specific podcasting needs.
With the time you save, you can focus on other, more important things, like content planning and preparation, monetization strategies, or just spending time with your family (you remember your family, right?).
Here’s a bit more information about each of these options:
Podcast Audio Editing
This audio editing for your podcast includes a detailed edit that provides you with a professional sound (see details below for our editing standards). This provides the best listening experience for your audience.
Below are the price points depending on how you would like to structure the payment:
$150 per episode – paid after work is done
$550 per month (4-5 episodes) – paid at the beginning of the month in advance
$1,500 per quarter (13 episodes) – paid at the beginning of the quarter in advance
*If you are looking for a more basic, budget-friendly editing, we also offer a simple edit for $50 an episode. For this we’ll listen through and take out the bigger issues (big stumbles/restarts, gaps of silence, audio glitches, etc.), but we won’t worry about the filler words and crutch phrases.
Podcast Blog Post
The podcast blog post is more than just basic show notes with bullet points. This will provide you with a summary of the topics covered in the episode. This can include an introduction, contact information, call to action, and links/resources.
Below are the price points depending on how you would like to structure the payment:
$60 per episode – paid after work is done
$225 per month (4-5 episodes) – paid at the beginning of the month in advance
$600 per quarter (13 episodes) – paid at the beginning of the quarter in advance
*If you would like basic show notes without the summary (so you’ll get 7-10 bullet points of the topics, contact information, and links/resources), we can provide those for $30 an episode.

Are you ready to start a podcast? Let us help guide you through the process and get you launched the right way. Our Podcast Launch package includes 3 one-on-one strategy sessions to help you:
- Narrow down your podcast topic.
- Identify your audience.
- Outline your show structure.
- Create a launch plan.
- Consult with you to help you choose the best equipment for your budget, podcast style, and physical space.
- Podcast artwork designed by a professional graphic artists.
- Podcast intro and outro recorded by a professional voiceover artist. The intro and outro will also include a music bed in the style of music of your choice.
- Design a podcast page on your website with podcast player of your choice.
- Configure Libsyn or Blubrry hosting.
- If you choose to continue taking advantage of our production services for your podcast beyond the first episode, you’ll receive an exclusive discount for the first quarter.
The editing packages included above are for episodes that are 25-50 minutes of raw audio. If your average episode is less than 25 minutes or longer than 50 minutes, we can create a custom package for you.
Also, for monthly and quarterly payments, it includes weekly editing. If you choose to not publish (or not have us edit) for a week, there is no discount or roll-over for those missed episodes unless there is at least a week advance notice given or extenuating circumstances.
